Item Description: no content tag - soft outside (not windbreaker), and lined all the way through (see last photo to see lining)

Condition: GREAT 8/10 - no major stains, minor pilling in spots in the lining - waistband has lost it’s stretch however and is missing the drawstring so that needs to be replaced.
Measurements: 16" across waistband 13" rise 29" inseam
